1 CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
1.1 The order transmitted via the online platform by the customer represents an offer addressed to Dueaerre S.r.l. aimed at concluding a sales contract, under the conditions indicated therein as well as in compliance with these General Conditions of Sale. Therefore, with the electronic transmission of the order form, the customer confirms that he knows and accepts the
General conditions of sale as well as having received further information which can always be consulted on the website www.dueaerre.com. Orders that are incomplete and / or contain errors cannot be considered for the purpose indicated in this article.
1.2 After sending the order in electronic format, the customer will receive a confirmation email containing the details of the order itself (Order Confirmation). The execution of the orders is subject to the full payment of the price, the availability of the products in stock as well as particular conditions for which the shipment by Dueaerre S.r.l. is invadable.
Consequently, in the event of insurmountable logistical difficulties or non-payment of the price or the lack of availability of the products in stock, the contract will be automatically terminated by an e-mail message, followed by the return of any amount already paid to title of purchase.

2 CHARACTERISTICS AND PRICES OF THE PRODUCTS
2.1 The characteristics of the products are those presented on the website and described in the context of each product sheet. The images and colors of the products offered for sale online may however not correspond to the real ones as a result of the uniqueness of the handcrafted pieces, photographic distortions or due to the effect of the particular browser.

2.2 Prices are inclusive of 22% VAT. The prices indicated on the website www.dueaerre.com at the time of the order are decisive. If the country is outside the European community, the VAT will not be displayed and only the transport costs for the defined location will appear. 3 SHIPPING / DELIVERY COSTS
3.1 Shipping costs throughout the Italian territory are € 10 including VAT. For shipments outside Italy they are divided as follows: € 20 including VAT for shipments within the European Union, € 30 including VAT for all other countries. Dueaerre s.r.l. reserves the right to terminate the sales contract for any logistical difficulties in international shipments, which will be followed by the full refund of the amount paid by way of purchase.
3.2 In the event of visible damage to the packaging, the customer is required to check, upon delivery, the product supplied in the presence of the courier, not to accept the package and to contact us immediately.

4 DELIVERY TIMES
4.1 Delivery times may vary according to the availability of the material in stock, the need to order the requested material, transport and customs times. Delivery times vary on average from 3 to 5 working days for shipments to Italy, from 5 to 7 for shipments to a European Union country and from 6 to 14 days for the rest of the world,
unless otherwise communicated in the product sheet and / or in the order confirmation.
4.2 Dueaerre s.r.l. will arrange for a single shipment of all the goods ordered, as soon as available. In the event that the Customer wishes to partially fulfill the order, please contact the Dueaerre s.r.l. offices. to make a specific request.

5 METHOD OF PAYMENT
5.1 The payment of the price of the products and the relative shipping costs can be made by credit card, rechargeable electronic card or through the PayPal service.

6 RIGHT OF CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION OF THE ORDER

7 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

8 EXCHANGE OF DEFECTIVE GOODS

10 APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
10.1 The General Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and in particular by the legislative decree 6 September 2005 n. 206, on the consumer code, with specific reference to the legislation on distance contracts and the legislative decree 9 April 2003 n. 70 on certain aspects concerning electronic commerce.
10.2 For any dispute arising from these general conditions of sale, it is agreed, pursuant to the law in force, the jurisdiction of the Court of Arezzo.

RETURNS

CONDITIONS
In the event that you want to replace the item or return with a refund, before proceeding with the return of the goods, we ask you to carefully check that the following conditions are met.

The item being returned:

WARRANTY
Dueaerre1938 jewels are covered by a guarantee valid for TWO YEARS from the date of shipment for manufacturing defects. For purchases made, the guarantee is constituted by the purchase document of the product itself. Discoloration of the plating or color (especially due to the use of perfumes or detergents), due to normal wear and aging of the jewelry, are excluded from the warranty.
The interventions under warranty must be carried out exclusively by Dueaerre s.r.l. Any repair or modification not carried out by Dueaerre s.r.l. will result in the termination of the Warranty.

Finally, any damage or breakage caused by accidental impacts in the presence of which the Guarantee will have no effect are excluded from the Guarantee.
