With regard to the purpose under c), each interested party has the right to refuse to DUEAERRE, at any time, his consent to the processing and / or communication to the subjects referred to in paragraph 6 below, without this entailing prejudicial consequences in the relationship. contractual.

The subjects belonging to the above categories operate in total autonomy as separate data controllers or as DUEAERRE’s Manager or Appointee for this purpose, whose constantly updated list is available at DUEAERRE itself.
Your personal data may also be known by the employees of DUEAERRE, who have been specifically appointed as Data Processors or Trustees.
The data processed by DUEAERRE are not subject to disclosure.
7) Rights of the interested party
